I am a sucker for traditions and the Westbrook's Annual Pumpkin Carving Party is one of my favorite traditions! The Westbrooks always throw a great party, everyone feels welcome, and we always get in the Halloween spirit!

Kimber brought Amy a hostess present...

I purchased a Halloween costume for Kimber at a consignment sale...a pumpkin with a hat...and she is ummm t.e.r.r.f.i.e.d of it the costume! So slowly over the weeks Adam has made her wear the hat or pumpkin vest around the house and hopefully on October 31st she will okay in the costume.

We headed to Uncle Bob's Pumpkin Patch to pick out a pumpkin, see the animals, take pictures, enjoy the weather and most importantly be with each other...

This lady - was teaching about spinning wool - and she looked at Adam and asked his name ...he told her and then she said...I WAS YOUR KINDERGARTEN TEACHER! She remembered him! Guess it is his "baby face"?!

& then she taught me how to spin using a spindle.

Friday, October 8 - Monday, October 11, 2010

Early Friday morning - Adam, Kimber, my Momma and Kimber loaded up and headed to Florida. Months and months ago I made reservations with The Disney Princesses for Kimber to have breakfast with them at The Magic Kingdom for Saturday, October 9. I highly recommend having a "character meal" - we had a great day at the Magic Kingdom. Adam and I went back on Saturday evening to ride the roller coasters...and Disney was P.A.C.K.E.D. We enjoyed the greatest outlet mall ever in Orlando on Sunday. On Monday we drove home....what a trip! We had a wonderful time and made lost of new memories...
