Our friend is in a band and they were playing in Grant Park's Summer Shade Festival on Saturday. The weather was beautiful...the music was wonderful...the company of friends on a Saturday was perfect!

One of my favorite things about teaching high school is to see the students outside of class...and watching students you taught or currently teach participate in sports is incredible.

Adam and I took Kimber to her first (of many) Northgate football games on Friday.

Can you imagine getting married on your 21st birthday? Well, Momma did that back in 1977...and 33 years later they are still happily married. We headed to Senoia to take my wonderful parents to eat dinner and enjoy the shops.
