Little Story: Kimber loves LOVES Sesame Street. Her favorite character is Abby - Abby is a magically fairy. Abby is also a"friend" who stays at Mrs. Teri's house during the day with Kimber. Kimber thinks that "friend" Abby is the same Abby that is on Sesame Street! Which makes their friendship even cuter!!

I teach with Abby's Dad - Daniel. The Barretts came over for dinner and to let the girls play together...before we knew it - it was almost 10pm and they were still going strong!

Block Heater Cord...

On a cold early morning – Adam stopped at Crossroads gas station – at the intersection of Roscoe Road/Macedonia Road/Buddy West.

As Adam was pumping gas this lady started to stare at his truck with a very confused look – she was noticing the block heater plug-in hanging below the bumper…

Adam: Is something wrong?
Lady: Well, ummm is that a hybrid?
Adam: Why – yes – yes ma’am it is!

I personally know very little about cars – but, I even know there is no way on Earth this beast of a truck could be a hybrid! and I laughed-out-loud when Adam told me this story...so I had to share!

I cannot even begin to tell you how often Adam and I pick up the books and toys Kimber throws off her bookcase! She loves to just sit and look at the pictures and babble - today we found her sitting on her Tower of Letters as a stool and I am surprise it held her up!
