These are sections of a wall form used to shape the basement walls.
This is where the garage will be...the floor of the garage will be the top of the fomrs. Dirt (A LOT) will be used to fill this space up in order to pour the garage floor.

These forms are placed around the footings - concrete will be poured into the forms to establish the basement walls.

Overall picture - these walls might seem small but, they are HUGE!
